 “Iti” company has been based in 1995 and initially it was performed as a family business. Its first store was opened on 10 Leonidze Str. where today there is also a café with coffee and tea service, for customers to dish hot patties and fresh cakes.
During the years “Iti” company was expending and in 2002 there was opened the second store on 41 Vazha-Pshavela Ave. and the third store on 6 Mtskheta Str. in 2008. The system of all above-mentioned stores is the same: there are cooked locally cheese-cakes, sausage-rolls, haricot patty, tarragon patty, mushroom patty etc. Biscuits and cakes are made in special bake house and after that they are sent to every “Iti” stores network by 4 specialized minibuses with refrigerator (Ford Tranzit). The baker house is located on 17 Tsagareli Str. where works 30 employees.
The “Iti” products are distinguished with the natural constituents, with no tinned and preserved jams or other ingredients. There are prepared about 10 tones cherry, cornel, peach and other fruits especially for winter, what enables customers to eat biscuits and cakes prepared with only natural, unpreserved fruits all winter long.
There are made variety of cakes: with chocolate, nuts, meringue, almonds, “Tipsy Cherries”, diverse fruits. Also there are made 50 sort of biscuits with fresh and delicious cream, nuts, chocolate etc. There are made range of fast biscuits and cakes. Customers are able to order any size and taste cakes for presentations, weddings, celebrations, children, seasonal, etc. according to their desires.
“Iti” company has a great number of devoted clients, for whom the company makes the exclusive cakes. For example: every presentation of Isi-Pari’s new fragrance is performed by the “Iti” cake, corresponding to the fragrance logo and taste. Also “Iti” has singned an agreement with “PSP” and it sends anniversary cakes to the company’s pharmacy chain at their foundation dates. “Iti”s clients are almost every representative of medical sphere, businessmen, different oil companies, firms of attorneys, various political parties, embassies, schools, the representatives of show business, magazines, papers etc. The company often makes cakes for present to the different university students for presentations. Also it often makes cakes for senility accommodation “Katarzisi”. |
